Value Proposition

I would like to create an effective value proposition that will ensue the interest of executives, human resource managers, all-level managers and decision makers within an organization.  I conceive the most useful social media vehicles to accomplish my aim are, LinkedIn and Twitter, because they're widely expressed as effectual network marketing tools.

The message that I aspire to succinctly define is that I am an experienced manager, specializing in reviving human capital through training and development techniques.  I intend on acquiring a position that will apply my ability to accommodate different learning styles and engage an audience as well as my ability to train and coach various levels of employees.

Through assessing business needs I will be able to facilitate workshops such as customer service, coaching, leadership and teambuilding.   I will approach each assignment with passion, dedication, and hard work.
