Who is my Target Audience?
Answering this question will better help me market myself-I probably wouldn't be so scatter-brained when posting to social media sites.
I believe my Target Audience are influencers within the Learning and Development sector. I say this because they have the knowledge and the connections I need to acquire to be successful in the L&D realm.
By influencers I mean professionals who have worked in L&D for more than 10 years, who are working for forward driven companies, and who have an active and saturated social media presence.
My second target market would be L&D department recruiters. Professionals who are using social media to scout talent for companies.
The future of digital marketing, and social media resides here, at Kean University. Discussing, creating, and sharing new ideas takes center stage on the KU Cougar Blog from not just students, but authors soon to rewrite the books of social media one post at a time.

Compelling content
I have started my own blog.
https://plus.google.com/+IndireaThomas/posts
Please try to visit it as much possible, even if you find the subject matter boring.
I love just having a place that I can go to vent and elaborate on the subject matter that matters most to me.
Linkedin provides a similar platform but its more formal. I often find that I am constantly being distracted by whose skills I should endorse or who I should connect with-it messes with my train of thought.
The thing I find myself doing the most is elaborating on articles, adding my two cents-I do it all the time in real life, but usually it's not welcomed (jajaja).
